WARRINGTON CONCLAVE 119 – OCTOBER 2021 |
| The Installation of the new Supreme Ruler of Warrington Conclave 119; Wy Bro Joe Royle took place at Warrington Masonic Hall on Tuesday 5th October 2021. |
| With the conclaves current Supreme Ruler unable to attend on the evening; grand officer and conclave stalwart V.Wy. Bro David Knight took the Supreme Rulers chair for the installation ceremony. |

| After opening the conclave, the Supreme Ruler asked that V. Wy Brother Barrie Collinson address the brethren with a eulogy for his personal friend and conclave member, V Wy Bro Alan Locke P.G.Reg (22nd Feb 1931 – 17th June 2020) who since the conclaves last meeting had passed to the highest of office. |
| Following the general business of the conclave, the brethren enjoyed a faultless ceremony of Installation as the new Supreme Ruler was installed into the chair of the conclave by Wy Bro David Knight in a very dignified and sincere ceremony. |
| Following his installation; the newly installed Supreme Ruler: thanked the brethren for the trust that they had once again placed in him and warned them of the fun and laughter that awaited them during his year in office! |

He then had a very pleasant task to complete as he presented cheques on the Conclaves behalf to the following charities:

| The conclave then concluded in a lovely fashion as they bestowed Honorary Membership on Wy Bro Raymond Illingworth P.G.B.B in recognition of his long service to the conclave as treasurer and organist. |
| The brethren then retired to the festive board to enjoy a superb meal of: 1st Course – Autumn Fruit Salad 2nd Course – Steak & Mushroom Pie with chips and seasonal vegetables 3rd Course – Crème Brule |
| Following the meal, the brethren were enlightened by some very entertaining speeches and the prerequisite responses from our visitors who promised to return at the earliest opportunity; specially to witness the fun and laughter that the new Supreme Ruler has promised! |

| During the festive board; a raffle raised £65 which when added to the charity collection and will be allocated for future distribution towards worthy charities. |
| On the basis that this was the first meeting since the start of the pandemic; the quality of the ceremony and the pure banter and enjoyment of the festive board proves that Warrington Conclave and the Order of Secret Monitor is certainly back on track for upholding their tradition for being one of the friendliest of orders. |
